VOS300 Series vision sensors from Pepperl+Fuchs combines a camera, illumination, digital outputs, process data, and 5 evaluation methods in a single rugged sensor housing. You can configure the device without programming knowledge and operate it without the need for detailed image processing experience. The VOS301 can check a single feature of the target object while the VOS310 can check up to 5 unique features. The sensors provide a single discrete output indicating general pass/fail status; additional data can be read via the Ethernet connection. Sensing range is 100 mm using internal illumination and 500 mm with external illumination. Resolution is 640 by 480.
